The Final Transfer
Hello!
This week was another awesome week! It was nice not having to stress about packing and leaving cause me and elder Balute are both staying! It's been raining like crazy lately so we've been getting soaked all the time! But it hasn't been too hot yet.
Some miracles this week:
So we got kendo swords last week from one of our English class students and this week he gave us handmade bags for them! They're super awesome!
We had the idea to try making a banana chocolate cake and we tried it and it turned out way good!!
We went out to eat with our investigator and it was so fun! She's the sweetest old lady and she came to church again! We're probably going to invite her to baptism again soon!
Our other investigator has a lot of things she's still unsure about with the church, but we're just trying to get her to pray because that's we're it all starts! If you don't pray then you'll never know what's true!
Today there was a missionary that served here 13 years ago that came with his family and they performed some musical numbers! We also had a potluck and had lots of good food! I was able to make friends with a less active's son who isn't a member! Hopefully we'll be able to teach him sometime.
Also on Sunday, one of the less actives we've been working a lot with came to church and gave a talk. She talked about how ever since we came and visited her she decided to come back to church! She's been coming a lot lately after not coming for 3 years! It's been so good to have her back at church cause she's such a bright person! She reminds me of my grandmother in a way.. Haha!
We've been getting back into housing and streeting lately and it's been fun! We gave our first Book of Mormon last night while housing together!
Not much else I can think of this week! Just trying to go hard this last transfer!
Love
